Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a person designated by you took possession of the last item of an order.

Simply notify us of your withdrawal by e-mail – please include your order number and the reason for the return. We will get back to you within 48 hours.

Returns The customer bears the return shipping costs. Please return the goods within 30 days of withdrawal in original or equivalent packaging.

Refund We will refund all payments received (excluding return shipping costs) immediately, no later than 14 days after receipt of your withdrawal – using the same payment method as for the purchase.

Defects & Manufacturing Faults Should your product have a printing error, manufacturing defect, or incorrect delivery, we will, of course, cover the return shipping costs and replace the goods free of charge. Just write to us – we will take care of it.

Exceptions Since our products are manufactured individually upon order (print-on-demand), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.
